Evo 3D for HTC Arrive plus $200

Just as the the titles states...I'm looking to trade my HTC Evo 3D for an HTC Arrive plus $200. However, I'm open to negotiating the $200. The Evo 3D is in excellent condition. It comes with the box, manuals, cables, plug and I'm also throwing in a case.
