Love the phone... although the battery life stinks!! The AppKiller definitly helps. I've got a question about it though. I figured out how to customize the text message notifications... but can not figure out how to customize the email notifications..is there a way? I have a work and personal email account on my EVO and they both notify me with the same sound! I like ignoring my work ones on the weekends... is there an app I could download to customize my contacts ring tones and text messages as well?

Ringdroid is a great app for customising sounds on your phone. When you open it and select a track you can set any in and out points you like and then save the new file as a ringtone, notifier or alarm so you can use in any of those ways. Very easy and useful app.

I don't know of any way of turning one email account to a different noise though.

I know that if you use the K-9 e-mail app, you can do it. Just go into the settings for each account.
