Evo V "Searching for GPS"

I've had my Evo V for about 6 months now. First 4 months, GPS/Navigation worked completely fine. But for the past 2 months or so, it can't lock on and is always stuck on "Searching for GPS". I've tried updating the PRL/Profile, factory resetting the phone, even tried other Navigation apps like Waze. Nothing works.

Anybody else experience this and/or have an idea how to fix it?

I have a similar but less severe problem.. at least restarting the phone works.

I downloaded the app GPS status and update the satellites daily.. seems to help.
