Help Evolve 2 Connects to wifi but not internet

My alcatel one touch Evolve 2 (T-mobile) will connect to my home wifi but I am getting no internet signal. I have tried resetting my router/modem/phone numerous times. Reconfigured my wifi settings as many times. I have also tried running wifi fixer numerous times. The error message WiFi fixer comes up with is

Network Check: I/O exception 192.168.1.1:HTTP_FAIL:4007ms
Network Check fail: Critical Timeout
