Apps Excel File to Android App - Where to Start?

Hello,

I have developed an excel file that I want convert to an android application to sell or market myself. I do not want to use a third-party that will require royalties or other fees, so I suppose I am left to myself right? I know this is a daunting task and not afraid to use several months to learn the basic. I am a pretty confident in VBA, but got no idea about other coding. Where should I start? Any advice?
