Hi guys, just thought I'd ask if anyone could help me. I work in a sports centre and our crappybooking system currently is just a spreadsheet with added pages throughout the work book.

What I'm looking for is a way to create a booking and have it automatically copy it in for the following ten weeks without having to copy and paste every one of them?

You want to write a VBA macro to do that. If you can't, try asking for help at the MrExcel forum. Some of those people are real Excel wizards. (I'm only a guru, I can't see the code for your problem in my head yet - some of them see the code as soon as they read the question.)
