Help Excessive Battery Drain

Hello All,

I upgraded from an LG G4 to the 6P on Friday. I love it so far but had a few hiccups.

1. Crazy high battery drain. Cleared cache through recovery mode, it is better now.
Is this common?
Do you expect a longer term fix?
How often is clearing recommended?

2. Cisco Jabber doesn't work with 6P. I am bummed, but hope either Google or Cisco fix in an update.

Same version I have. I would suggest if you see excessive drain start again, keep an eye on the battery stats and see if you can pinpoint what is draining the battery. I haven't had any issues with battery drain really.

Thank you. Seems to be better since I did it on Sunday. I also got word that Jabber support is coming in the next release from Cisco.

I've seen the same issue a couple of times; restarting appears to clear it up, though unfortunately doesn't give me much of an idea as to the root cause.

It doesn't happen too often, but you want to make sure it isnt a rogue app causing the drain. Its usually sync / google services getting hung up.
