Help Exchange email reply issue

I've had my HOX since release day and added my two email accounts right away. I use the Gmail app for my personal gmail and the included Email app for my work Exchange account.

After about a week I was not able to reply or forward work emails using the built in Email app. I can receive and send (new) emails but if I try to reply or forward an email I get a Notification saying "The email was not able to be sent."

I've removed and re-added my work account multiple times. I can reply for a day or two then I get the "can't send" issue again. I've verified that I am using the correct settings when I setup the account.

This is the only negative I have with the HOX but I would love to figure out what is wrong. Thanks.
 
Do you have this problem both on Wifi and Mobile Data?

I haven't had this issue on HOX, but I did experience it on my old iPhone 4 when I was on Wifi (it was fine on Mobile Data). I had solved the issue by setting DNS to 8.8.8.8. and 8.8.4.4.
