Exchange public folder contacts

I'm a BB user looking to switch. My only issue is I need to get my personal contacts within exchange to sync AND there is another contacts folder in our public folders which have important contacts that I also need to sync and keep updated. Anybody have any ideas? Today we use a BB BES server and this works like a charm. Now I need Android to do it as well. HELP..

There is an app in the market that will sync contacts from a exchange public folder to an android phone.

search the market for "exchange public folder"

Its in beta right now, but its been working great for me
