Help Exchange Sync/Refresh Issue

ok, I have searched all over and can't find a thread with my exact issue...

I have a moto x (2013) on Verizon, my work email is now on an exchange server, it works fine in outlook on my pc, and for the most part works fine in the standard email app on my phone. It sends and receives emails just fine. The issue is that is doesn't refresh and update emails after I either read or delete them on my PC. They remain on my phone and unread until I actually read or delete them again on my phone.

I have checked all my settings, and even deleted the account and reset it up, with no luck. Any thoughts?

Depends on the email app, but you may want to check settings if there is a 'sync deletes' option. It sounds like that feature is off in your case.

I have outlook 2o1o on my pc and i am using the standard email app on android 4.4.4 on my moto x. I do not see that option anywhere.
