exchanging my Inspire, but have a question about AT&T policy

so, I've got to return mine for a different one...but I kind of lost the receipt >_>

Do I absolutely need one? or will the computer there handle all of it?

If you bought it from ATT directly, then you won't need a receipt.

I brought my iPhone 4 back and didn't have one. They looked it up no problem.

Yeah if it was purchased from ATT you shouldn't need your receipt
