so ive got a nexus 4....exclamation point in my phone signal... Some answers say it's not connected to google networks....but why does it only really show when im trying to download on utorrent and slowd ways down...if my carrier is throttling me down...are they causing me to get kicked off Google networks or is something else behind all this....so glad fcc ruled that throttling is illegal but they still are doing it...
