ExDailer booted from Google play. Alternatives?

Hate the stock android (pie) phone dialer.
Loved Exdailer Pro, which allowed me to use an all black theme as my dialer.
Suddenly, last night, the play store, notifies me that Exdailer has been removed from their list of accessible apps, because of it's ability to parse personal information or something.

Can anyone recommend a nice dialer that will allow me to use a minimal black, (dark) theme?
Anyone else notice this?

You can try Drupe. They have a lot in common with ExDialer.

Installed drupe. Not bad.
Now if I can just figure out a way to get the equivalent of EXDailer's "Elegant Black" theme, I'll be ecstatic.
it looks like this, but I can't really seem to find a Drupe theme that looks close enough, and some of the free ones have sketchy reviews.
Any ideas?
