Experiencing redraw on ICS

Every time I go back to the home screen, whether it be by pressing "back" or "home", regardless of which launcher I'm using, I get a very ugly redraw animation. It's like it's lagging trying to keep up. And none of my apps feel like they're being kept in memory. Whenever I open an app, it's like it's being opened for the very first time even if I just used it. Anyone else getting this? I'm thinking of doing a factory reset since it hasn't been that long since the update.

*I did a factory reset after the ICS update BTW.

Update: I did a fact reset and all is well.

A factory reset will correct that problem. I had the same issues and resetting fixed it.
