Export iTunes on Mac to Nexus without losing ratings and other metadata

[FONT=&quot]Doubletwist (often mentioned as a solution) doesn't work with the new Nexus (yet?) because Macs can't mount the drives directly. As for isyncr I don't just want to save the music and playlists, I also want to save each track
