exporting contacts

[Android Question]

I have a samsung note 2 and want to export my contacts to a word or excel doc. I've tried pulling them into my Gmail, but am unsuccessful.

You can export contacts to sdcard and then transfer it to PC and either edit it manually or use some app to convert it.
Export:
Phone app, press Settings key, select Import/Export, then the source (depending on where your contacts are saved, Phone, Google account or SIM card), press Next, select all contacts and export it to SD card.
