Extended battery life?

Hello,
Is there a battery that I can buy that gives extra battery life? My dad bought a battery that attaches to his phone that gives his phone more battery life. The battery he bought sticks out of the phone a little because of the extra battery power it gives. Are there big batteries that are sold for the Samsung Galaxy Victory?

Depends on your phone: for some models you can buy a larger battery and a different back for the phone to accomodate it. This is not an option for phones with built in batteries like the Nexus 4 or HTC One, though.

You can buy external batteries that you can use with any phone, though. You essentially use these to recharge your phone. They usually contain enough juice for two or three full charges. If you search this forum there are a few threads that discuss the relative merits of different brands of external battery.
