Lurker
Hi this is my first post on here so first of all hello to all..

I would just like to comment on a new 3000mah battery i have just bought from oddsandpods.

With postage it cost

You got the big one, huh. Did it come with the bigger back cover?

Do you use a holster or belt-clip with it? If so, have you found one that fits the now fatter phone?

Hi Frisco

It did come with the wider back cover,it is obviously a little bit fatter but nothing too bad,the benefit of extra battery life outweighs the negative.

I dont wear it on a belt or put it in a holster thingy,i use mine 'bareback'
not sure if it fits your phone though.

3 days on and im still like dog with two d...s.

Fat battery looks kinda outrageous on the Eris. There are some pics at this site: Seidio Innocell 3500 Extended Life Battery for HTC Droid Eris at MobileCityOnline.com

My 1750 extended life is fine.. ;)

I probably have the same one and battery life is simply not an issue any more even if you leave stuff on like wifi. The best investment you can make for your phone and you can now use the phone the way it was meant to be used.

I would recommend anyone to invest in a bigger battery and stop the moaning about battery life as there is a cheap solution.

I didn't want to put it that strongly (some people just loooove to moan and always will :D), but I agree. I've only had my 1750 in there for a day and a half and I can see the difference, not even a full charging cycle yet.
