External miniSD card Not Reading?

Hey Guys,

I Bought a Samsung Galaxy the other day, and ive allready upgraded it to 1.6, from the release i found on the forums...

My Memory card slot hasnt been reading sense i bought it, and i thought and upgrade would fix it...

Anyone know why the external card wont detect?

Yep, i have formatted the card 4 times, to sevral diffrent formats, FAT16, FAT32, NTFS, EXT4

Nothing seems to work, in the menu it says "Unavailable" under the external card info tabs..

Thats the thing, i cant do that... the Phone is telling me the External SD Card Slot is "Unavailable" so im unsure wtf is going on

either way, im taking it into Bell and getting them to swap it out for another sense i bought it out and got a protection plan and it has less that 15 min of call time
