Root External Sdcard

Hello all, the green dragon is here again but with a problem.
You see, I have this 32 gig class 4 sd card from Sandisk.
Every time I pop it in my phone, it will mount and unmount then remount randomly.
It strange, right now I use a 16 gig but I need this 32 gig due to then added memory.
Anyone know why this happens?

Have you tried using the phone to format the sdcard?

Yeah man and the computer and I've also tried switching partition formats.
