I own a HOX which is almost 2 years !! I am super comfy with it , except 2 issues have cropped up. My screen stopped responding ( the soft buttons at the bottom) so I got it replaced at an autnorised HTC shop.
Now strangely the audio volume has dropped drastically ! I really cannot hear the sound in game, you tube or music mode unless I cup my hand behind the phone or else I have to plug in my head phones...Yeah, no problems with head phone volumes.
Secondly , my calls get disconnected in the middle, and then the call hangs...meaning you cannot end the call even though the call has ended. You have to wait about 15 to 20 seconds before the you can use the phonebook to call back. This happens about 3 to 4 times a day..
Are these some software related issue?
