external webcam for Droid?

I would like to be able to hook up an external cam to my Moto Droid that would work either through wifi or bluetooth.

Question:
What is the best/cheapest solution for streaming home based webcam feeds to your Android device?

I'm interested too. I want to be able to put my droid in my pocket or a backpack then place a cheap web-cam on a pole so I can record videos from POV without risking damage to my droid. Example would be for snowmobiling and I put the droid in a backpack and the web-cam on a telescoping turret to record POV video. It would be simple to write a app but I don't know Linux at all. Please help.
