Help extra beep after each notifications

after an email, text, facebook notification sound... i get an extra beep afterwords .. looking at the notification bar.. the speaker icon with vibrate symbol shows first the i get the beep... like the beep when you plug your phone in to be charged... any idea whats going on...

found the problem... im using the DISABLE INCREASING RING TONE APP.. i had the "new normalization method checked... unchecked it... no more extra beep... hope this can be helpful to others that might have this problem...
