Hello guys! Does anyone here know if you can extract/create .obb files from any .apk, or installed Android app?

Extract .obb from .apk?

.obb files are not usually in an .apk file for you to extract. They are a separate file that is downloaded when an app or game has an overall large file size.

If I made an app with .APK+.OBB, and installed it, how would I extract the .OBB from the installed app?

You most likely would need to create an XAPK, and then use an xapk installer to install the app.
The installer app extracts the obb and does the work for you.
