Help Extreme play services battery drain.

Hi there! I'm facing extreme play services battery drain on my Oneplus 3.

I have so far tried - Factory reset and different custom rom - Remove Google account - Various tips and tricks to fix it, but it just keeps happening.

I'm guessing it's a hardware issue now, has anybody got any idea?
