EXTREMELY IMPORTANT QUESTION (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY & LOOK AT THE SCREENSHOTS CAREFULLY)

When i don't add "Samsung account" - it appears "disabled for user Owner", then i add a "Samsung account" - it appears "disabled for user Van Tho Trieu ("Van Tho Trieu" is the name of a "Samsung account" added first to this phone), it appears in

Developer options>>WebView implementation, please explain to me. Thanks

My S7 shows the same thing. And it shows my username for my Samsung account as "disable". And Chrome is enabled. I do have the Samsung account on this phone.


My Huawei on the other hand only has Google Webview, and nothing else. This phone doesn't have Google Chrome installed on it

Its useally disabled until you disable chrome and instsll sn sppthst doesnt use chrome tgen itll choose webview that was disabled

It's not just Samsung, my Pixel does it (and obviously doesn't have a Samsung account). I assume it's related to the ability to have different user profiles on one device, that they can use different webviews and so it includes the name of the current profile here. Mildly pointless (you should know what account you are using), but not a big deal.

It only displays the name (username) of a "Samsung account or possibly the Google account name (username)" first added to the phone - and even if i remove that account from the phone but it still displays unless i reset/hard reset - then it disappeared, i think this is a joke of Android (Google) or maybe a few errors of Android. No jokes or errors I think. And it does clear when the phone is fully factory reset, as it should. My S7 belonged to someone else before I had it, I factory reset it, set it to my Samsung and Google accounts, and it's only my account stuff that's on there now.

And my friend also deleted the S7 from his Google account online, and I definitely made sure there was no problem with FRP.

It's the settings for different users on the same phone. On my Pixel it is in Settings > System > Advanced > Multiple Users (i.e. open Settings, then select System, then select Advanced then Multiple Users). But you are using a Samsung, and Samsung rearrange the settings in their own way, so I cannot guarantee that the settings for different user profiles are in the same place or called the same thing on your phone.

So although the phone OS supports it it is turned-off and you don't have any access to the settings (it can be activated if you root the device and edit the build.prop, but it's really not worth doing that just to change the name in one place in the settings).

So my guess is that the name is set in the user profile when you set up the account, as with other manufacturers. But because you don't have access to the user profile settings you cannot see that there is a user profile of that name, and cannot change the name or create additional users.
