Root extremely limited functionality - wont boot

so i rooted my phone using super one click (the phone and SOC were both ver 2.3.3) - and was able to get wifi tether working and then fell asleep proudly of my accomplishment and the phone died.

now: my phone, when plugged into my laptop (win 7) via usb, shows a Pantech logo and then goes to the battery charging icon. if i try to power on, the screen goes black and i get nothing. when i plug the phone into my laptop i get the "device found" and it asks me to instal the drivers, which i can do... thats it, i cant boot into recovery mode (by holding search and power to turn on) or regular mode both methods just go to a black scrren and dont do anything - i have to remove the battery, unplug the phone, replace the battery and replug into USB at this point in order to get the phone to display the battery charging logo again.

i used the zerg rush method to root and may have created a backup but im assuming i dont have one

any help is super appreciated and if you get me going again and paypal link me ill gladly donate some loot for helping me out of this bind

if he can get it in fastboot shouldnt he be able to just download either the pre stock rom or even the breakout rom save it to his sd card boot the phone into fastboot flash cwm and install the rom?

Im pretty good at following instructions and can set up a join.me session so you can control my PC remotely - this is totally worth $20 to me

I have tried to download the stock rom from this link Free Cloud Storage - MediaFire
but as you can see youd need a mediafire pro account,

my recovery menu only has an option to "update" on the phone, i have tried the "broken out 2.0" but it cant find my phone (while it is plugged in via usb and turned off AND when it in on in the recovery menu and plugged in)

u need to install cwm recovery. ur using the stock recovery. go down a few posts and u will see a post by mt michealson on how to get cwm and root.

if u can boot in fastboot, to do that just turn off ur phone hold the back button down plug ur data cable into the computer then plug it into ur phone. it should say fastboot. run the program click 1 for cwm. it will tell u press enter a few times. wen its done unplug the phone pull the battery hold search and power cwm should pop up wipe data cache and delvik 3 times each install broken out 2.0 reboot and should be great.

I held the back button while plugging in and the tl_bootstrap*.exe thing came up. if i understand what fastboot is i dont think its installed on my phone (if that makes sense) i would only have the customizations installed that ocurr when running super one click 2.3.3

OMFUG I LOVE YOU SOO MUCH - send me a paypal link please!!!!!!!

anyone stumbling across this in the future - plug the cable into the PC THEN the breakout - while holding back all along

also the recovery menu acesed by pressing "search" while powering on is shit, complete dead end and had me barking up the wrong tree for hours! you need to use the fastboot by holding "back" and plugging the cord into the pc, then the phone.

no no money needed im glad it worked for ya. ya fastboot is a godsend sometimes. if u can boot in fastboot your phone is never dead. glad i could help.
