Difficulty setting path to extSDcard in Samsung 2, 7. 0 tablet. Will only store to SDcard. Very annoying. I hope the new Samsung 8 has rectified this problem.

What are you trying to store on your external SD card using which application? If you're using the web browser with that open tap on settings, then Advanced, then scroll down to Default storage and change it from Device to Memory card.
