All of the packaging that the accessories come in looks very generic, ala not original. Not to mention there's no box (at least in the pictures or mentioned in the original post) and the sticker on the manual says:

"Please disregard warranty section of owner's manual

The equipment contained in this box has been used and is sold to you in as-in condition. If it experiences a manufacturing defect within one year from date of purchase, we will replace it with a comparable unit."

And, you were looking for just an iphone box in your other thread. Seems refurbished/used to me.

I'm interested, just want to know if it's used or not.
 
I misread what you said yes it's a refurbished iPhone I thought you were referring if it was real lol but yes it's a real iPhone CDMA
