Help Facebook account not syncing greyed out

hi i have added my facebook account to my phone but it won't let me sync it says sync disabled and it is greyed out as well also on my old s3 it has sync interval settings as well but it doesn't show up on my S5 is there a way to get my account synced so that it can show my Facebook pictures in gallery and birthdays in the samsung planner app thanks here is a link to show what it happening

Try doing a clear cache and data from settings/apps/Facebook and reboot

nope still not syncing

it pops with sync facebook with other apps so i tap that then it says single sign on then nothing else happens strange it worked on my old S3 phone

anybody else know why this is happening
