Facebook and facebook messenger app automatically turns on in background even if i kill it from ba H

Hello everyone,
Its like almost more than 10th time that upon killing Facebook and facebook messenger from the background, it is successfully closed. Without opening the facebook app or the messenger app again, when i goto task manager i get to find the same two apps consuming my memory.

I do not want this to happen. I want that it doesnt start automatically running in the background until and unless I open the app myself

Far as I know it always runs in the background, I've tried closing it a few times and it just restarts.

Not sure why it's an issue? Can't say it bothers me or affects my phones performance in any way that I've noticed. (Ran the phone with and without FB apps)

You really don't need to worry about how Android manages the memory (RAM) it's very efficient, nothing like Windows if that's your concern.

Gemini App Manager (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.seasmind.android.gmappmgr) is wonderful. You get to say what will or won't start an app regardless of what the annoying developers thought should start their apps.
