Facebook App not updating messages

I am relatively new to the Droid world. So far it has been great.

But I have one issue with the Facebook App. I use to exchange messages back and it forth and the messages are not always keeping up to date with the App. If I go into FB through the browser, the messages are there and readable. But they do not appear through the App.

I try refresh but they still do not appear. Yesterday (for example) I got home and checked FB at home and there were 3 messages in the chain of the conversation that were not appearing (and still do not) appear in conversation.

Needless to say, it is a bit of a PITA.

Any ideas? Is it a bug? Is it the droid or is it FB (I tried them on a work blackberry and they did not appear either, but I did not spend much time on it).

I am having the same problem on my Droid Bionic and the Messaging App. Some messages are there, but not the most recent ones.

It just seems to have stopped working.

I'm using the Facebook app and I dont seem to have your problems.
