facebook for android installation failed

First my on screen widget stopped, and when I restarted facebook app was gone.

So i tried to reinstall via market, and now after download I get the error "facebook for android installation failed"

it's been 5 days with out facebook for android and ive been stucking using the browser version (which I hate)

any ideas?

How about the pre-loaded FB app?

I did not uninstall. When I restarted my phone, the app was compleatly gone. It will let me download but not install. And since I'm running XtrRom i don't believe there is a preloaded fb app.

Good thing I'll be picking up the droid X in a few weeks
