FaceBook & Instagram Video & Photo lagging

Anyone else having issues with videos & photos lagging or not loading at all on Facebook & Instagram most of the time just getting the buffering spinning icon i know its not my Wifi or my service because my Nexus 9 Tablet & OnePlusOne phone both performing well on Facebook & Instagram its just happening with my Pixel XL....

I didn't experience anything like this in my Pixel. It's pretty quick.
