We've known for quite some time that Facebook was working on a Messenger Platform that'll allow businesses and users to connect in a more natural way. That platform was launched today as announced by Mark Zuckerberg at the F8 conference. Called Chatbots, a company can deploy these helpful customer service agents to help you with an order, an issue with a product or general questions and concerns. It uses a mixture of artificial intelligence and the human touch to make it seem as if you're chatting with a friend.
