I'm using FB and FB messenger daily for my work and the annoying problem is that when I leaving the phone off for a couple of minutes I realize that I began offline .. and this very annoying for me

How can I still online on messenger all the day ?!?!
Does anyone has a solution for this !!?

Messenger normally remains connected at all times (via a service running in the background). My guess is that the problem is related to the lack of RAM on this phone. I suggest trying "Messenger Lite" instead - this is a simpler, less resource-hungry version of Messenger, which might work better on your phone (I sometimes think about using it on mine, even though my phone is a high-end device which can easily handle the regular Messenger app, just because Messenger is more bloated than it needs to be).

Go into your Settings then Apps and locate FB and FBM and tick Do not Optimize. NOTE: By enabling that setting your phone will use more battery power because the apps you selected will no longer be optimized from reducing battery usage
by Android systems.

This setting may very with functionality depending on if FB is a system app that's pre-installed on your device versus one that was downloaded from Google Play Store and will look like this for example
