It may be possible to do it with a web browser on Android too. You may have to try a few to find one that can save images. You could try Opera Classic and Firefox (and look for extensions for Firefox, maybe).
You won't be able to do it with facebook's own app, though.

PicDownloader for Facebook, is one of the best one i have use w/excellent results. With the option to save a single pic or entire folders.
