Hi Folks, need assistance with FB issue on Atrix. Had the device a month, and till last night, no issue with FB app. Now it doesnt recognize me, keeps shutting down and asking for PW or username and PW. Have deleted and reinstalled after clearing cache and cookies, powerdown, etc. Tried ATT tech help and no permanent fix. Getting error message "102/session key invalid / invalid session." Any suggestions from those who know? This is making me nuts....Thanks - Vinny
 
Guys, newbie so forgive the seemingly stupid question: Is battery pull = hard reset? And if battery pull means to literally open up the back cover and pull out the battery?

No, battery pull means you pull the battery out, wait 30 seconds or so, then put it back in. Yes, this does require you to open the back cover. A hard reset is a factory reset, i.e. wiping everything and returning to day 1.
 
Interestingly enough, I was able to solve this by installing the app for social networking. It got me into FB - through the app, i just tap on any status and it moves me to the active FB website.
