Mine are rotated once clockwise, even though I have Portrait mode set to "Auto" -- I just started taking everything in landscape (keyboard down) and that seems to work fine.
Well, I turned auto-orientation off and then on again after your comment. It seems to work now, but not sure if that was what fixed it. I hate computers.
