Factory charger always slow charging and GPS issues....

Everytime I plug in my Samsung OEM charger it tells me it's slow charging and to use the factory charger. I have to unplug and plug in a few times before I get normal fast charging.

It seems on the lock screen the GPS is always "Finding Location..."

Are these known issues or could it be my handset?

That could be your handset probably, you should take it into the store and let them fix the problem.
