I have a Samsung Galaxy Stratophere 2, Model SCH-1415, Android Version 4.1.2, this one is a refurbished one through the insurance. My carrier is Verizon Wireless. So... for about the last month or more, whenever I hit the phone icon... I wait... and wait... and wait....... until finally a message box presents itself and reads "UNFORTUNATLEY FACTORY MODE HAS STOPPED"... so what is that supposed to mean?
