First things first: hi and thanks for your help^^
Like the heading says I'm experiencing quite the problems with the factory reset I can't fix myself.
I had to do the reset due to the commonly known ''unfortunately play sore has stopped working error'', because I'd tried everything else and nothing worked so the last thing I could do was the reset, but now I'm stuck at the checking for updates screen for hours.
Restarting the phone won't work.
