Factory reset now Superuser FC's. !!!HELP!!!

I'm at my wits end here. Somebody for the love of god help me.
I did a factory reset on my ZTE score because stock camera.apk sh*t the bed on me. Now super user FC's on me EVERYTIME i try to open it. Even worse, now i cant reinstall it from the market because it says my device isn't compatible. It used to be. my phone is rooted but i can't do anything without superuser

FC Message: The application Superuser (process com.noshufou.android.su) has stopped unexpectedly please try again.

I'm not sure which link on that page I'm supposed to be following but since I've posted my question I've tried they following to no avail.
* unroot
* re root with zerg rush
*a bunch of daemons failed and errors
* uninstalled superuser, busy box and root explorer
* reinstalled^^^
And nada. I'm afraid i accidentally erased his knows what in the root explorer. Could you explain in better detail Sunday I'm supposed to be looking for in that link?

Thank you. I appreciate it very much. After enjoying the root i feel like my device is a turd without it.

Phew! I finally found a fix! I D/L the superuser 3.1.3 arm signed.zip and applied it to my sd card. I extracted and installed the apk in root explorer. I think the reason it work is because within that zip file mentioned above theres also updated metadata and system info that can all be extracted at once in the same process instead of seperately.
