Help Factory reset problem.

Hi guys,

Selling the HTC one x as I've just upgraded to the m8 however I'm having a problem factory resetting the phone. I've tried the settings factory reset option but it just reboots the phone and all my data is still there after turning it back on. Any ideas?

Try a hard reset as shown here ...

This will reset your phone but not touch the personal folders. To get rid of that you need to reformat your storage.
