Root factory reset/unbrick

when i try to open the phone it stucks at a blank screen so i guess its bricked.My question is if i do a factory reset with cwm will it get back to normal stock?

If you can get to cwm then you can install stock rom from memorycard (download, google wich one) Remember cache/system/data cleaning before "installing from sd-card".

Otherwise reflash with odin.
