Factory reset work not

Gravitr

Hi
I own device Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830i with android 2.3 . When I try to turn it on, text Galaxy Ace S5830i appears. After some seconds, phone turn of, and after while, phone again turn on and the text again appears. This is a loop.

I've tried to factory reset. But, if I sellect factory reset in recovery menu, phone goes to reboot.

Its not possible to connect mobile to PC, because when you connect USB to mobile, you must select "Connect USB" in android OS.

Any ideas? :(

Your phone is softbricked. If you know what caused it then maybe i can tell you how to undo it and hopefully it will recover the device but otherwise you will have to reinstall the stock firmware via Odin.

Think about the last thing you did on the phone before this happened and also tell me if your phone is rooted or not.

I've installed a game. I think that there wasn't virus (also I have AVG installed too), but I started game, and after some seconds, phone goes off (probably because of overload of hardware - game had a little bigger requirements, than phone HW).

Phone goes off and then on. It started properly, but when I tried to unlock home screen with password, it says, that password is wrong. I tried to write it again, sure correctly. (Note: That was screen lock. I've unlocked my SIM before successfuly).

After some tries, phone goes again off, and then, this cycle appears

Sorry, I don't exactly know what do you mean with this. Can you please describe it?

Seems like you can blame the samsung's crappy software for your trouble.
You need to reinstall the software altogether. You can either do it yourself by flashing the firmware via the Odin software or you can take it to the samsung service center where they will flash the firmware for you.
