Help Factory reset?

I thought that I read there is no way to do a factory reset on the Moment? I'm selling mine so I'd like to do one. My phone was messed up once and the Sprint tech did a factory reset on it and fixed it. If there isn't a way to do it can I do the CL14 update again to reset it? Thanks!

if you go to settings and go undr sd card and phone storage there is a setting for it
