htc sensation xe (rooted)
android version : 4.0.3
when I press ( volume down and power ) and chose factory reset ....
appear this options :

bootloader
reboot
reboot bootloader
power down

how I can factory reset my phone ?

If your phone is rooted, you need to do a factory reset through recovery.

If you do not have a recovery, join forums and find other users of your specific device who can help you figure out which one is best for you.
