Help FactoryKit Test LG k4 2017

I have a problem with my default password for unlocking my lgk4 2017 so the only alternative is to reset it, but when I use the "- + home" command, I fall into the factory kit test.
I answered some test in Item Test but it did not work
how do I get it out?
