failed install when plugging into computer

[Android Question]

Samsung Galaxy Note II, I think this phone requires a computer to istall device and add compatable software. I get a failed installation when i plug it in and it allows for no action on the computer side; is their some way i can solve the issue through my android directly?

Is Not clear what you are trying to install. Is it apps or a new rom?

I suggest you post another question with more information about what you are trying to do and what you have so far tried. It would be easier for you if you register on Android forms and subscribe to the note 2 forum so that a 2 way discussion is possible.
